some conversations can be stressful for many different reasons. Stressful conversation can sometimes lead to a big problem in workplaces. There are 3 types of stressful conversation breaking bad news, sudden confrontation, and personal attack. Breaking bad news is never easy. Sudden confrontation that can happen from a sudden outburst where both parties are in need to save their face. The third is personal attack your goal should be to the tactics of the person rather than the person them-self. All of these can be stressful and knowing person. These are three main stressful conversation at workplaces and to make them less stressful there can be steps taken, like identifying the problem, thinking ahead and seeing what could the possible outcome be of the conversations, and being prepared can all help make a stressful conversation less stressful and go smoother.
