Silence can kill your company in many ways. silence often starts when we choose not to confront a difference or sometimes people stay silent and consider it to be modest or saving face for someone, when in reality it can be quite harmful for the organization. Silence can be good in some ways but majority of the time it’s better to talk about the problem in hand. From this chapter I learned when to stay silent and when it’s the best to talk about a problem, the visual creation meme represents how staying silent can burn an organization. Instead of keeping the silence inside the person can confront them. by not confronting the person you can make the problem bigger, and it can make you lose trust in that person and never want to talk to them again.
