Power and Resistance at work

This chapter about power and resistance at work talks about how power in work can be used in many ways especially in workplaces. chapter 7 " it's funny because power can be good thing, too, like there powers we have in a democracy. generally, it's not power, but what people do with the power they have, that gives power a bad rap". this is telling us that some people use power to damage other’s people life, but some people use power to help them succeed in their life and others. Nowadays people think of power as bad thing, which is sad to see that some people ruined it for others. In work managers or leaders of an organization of any kind, you have positional power, and you have a choice whether your increased that power based on how effectively you lead your team.
