 Communicating gender at workplace is very important because gender play major roles in some workplaces. Many get treated differently sometimes when it comes to their gender, for example unequal pay, sexual harassment and abuse, and other types of discriminations that can take place when it comes to the gender of someone. Both men and women experience this problem at least once in their lifetime and that is why it’s important, we talk about these issues in workplaces to avoid problems like such. With recent studies, it’s been shown that gender stereotypes are finally coming to an end or at least the numbers are coming down. The stereotypes of what gender should work in what workplace is are getting better.
